Primary + Urgent Care Bundle
Administered by Insurance People of NC
Full-spectrum virtual healthcare package, providing continuous care with a dedicated primary care physician, annual wellness exam, at-home lab tests, follow-up visits, care plan development and specialist coordination. Additionally, this plan includes 24/7 urgent care access via phone or video, as well as prescription benefits.
NCCBG members rate is $50 PEPM (per employee per month), which includes up to 8 dependents at no additional cost. Plan requires 10+ subscribers per company (available to full and part-time employees.)
