Sales & Account Management (Part-Time)

Are you the social butterfly of bottle shares, the craft beer matchmaker in your friend group, and the one who can talk hops and malt like it’s poetry? Time to dust off those beer goggles and step into the coolest gig in town.
We’re bmc brewing, a cozy, family-owned brewery tucked just outside Pittsboro, and we’re on the hunt for a part-time Sales Representative to help spread the gospel of cookies and craft beer across Orange, Chatham, and Lee counties, plus Cary and Apex. If you’ve got the charm to woo retailers, the hustle to grow accounts, and the passion to rep a brand that’s anything but ordinary—we want you on our team.

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, tap rooms, bars, event spaces
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in accounts
Regularly visit accounts to ensure satisfaction and increase sale Product
Knowledge & Promotion:
Educate customers on the brewery’s products, including unique features, brewing processes, and flavor profiles
Conduct tastings, promotional events, and product presentations to enhance brand awareness and drive sales
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and new developments in craft beer
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Track sales performance Manage inventory levels at locations, ensuring timely and accurate orders are placed.
Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner *Collaborate to meet customer needs and requests

Previous management experience leading an F&B or Bar Staff required; experience in Craft Beer, Mixology or Hospitality highly preferred
Knowledge of the inner workings of draught lines, including C02, Nitro, and cask
Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
Superior interpersonal skills and team spirit
Ability to demonstrate sound decision making
The desire to work in a fast-paced, growing company
Previous experience hiring, training, and developing staff
Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and Toast POS system
Available to work full-time, including nights and weekends. Suggested work week is Tuesday through Saturday
Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
Able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check
Physical and Mental Requirements
Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
Able to stoop, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs
Able to manipulate valves and clamps
Able to read and follow written English instructions
Able to periodically lift/move up to 165 pounds (kegs, sixtels, cases of beer and other tasting room products)
