Assistant Brewer (Full-Time)
Posted March 10, 2026 | Brookrise Brewing is looking for an Assistant Brewer who wants to grow professionally in a production brewery environment and take part in building a quality-focused brewing program.

Assist with brewing operations including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, and knockout
Perform cellar operations including: CIP of tanks and brewhouse yeast management and pitching dry hopping carbonation clarification (centrifuge operation)
Assist with packaging operations
Wild Goose canning line operation
kegging
packaging preparation and cleaning
Perform quality control tasks gravity readings pH testing basic lab procedures
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Follow brewery SOPs and safety procedures
Assist with inventory management and raw material handling
Support taproom and events when necessary

1+ year professional brewery experience preferred
Familiarity with brewhouse and cellar operations
Experience with packaging equipment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and process
Ability to lift 55+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
