Whether you're a beer enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable experience, the Carolina Core Brews Fest promises to deliver a delightful blend of brews, and camaraderie.

To celebrate 5 years at Hatchet we will feature a revolving series of sour beers and our pop up market.

This intimate evening is designed to showcase the incredible craftsmanship of our brews alongside a globally inspired, farm-to-table menu. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with one of our handcrafted beers, highlighting the culinary talent of our Executive Chef Heather Leonard and her team as they craft an unforgettable dining experience.
