On Monday, December 14th North Carolina took a big step forward in the fight against COVID-19, as our state deployed it’s first round of vaccines. On this historic day, we had the opportunity to speak with Dr. Elisabeth Tilson, North Carolina’s State Health Director and Chief Medical Officer for the Department of Health and Human Services, about the new vaccine and what we can do to slow the spread of the disease.
